I first found Paul Jung on Instagram. I was bored, I was looking for inspiration and I chanced upon his feed on the trending page. I was hooked to his photos instantly.
Most of his styles consists of photos that leaves the viewer feeling like "???"
It's so empty but yet so beautiful and captivating.
His pictures have balance and contrast, since most of them are black and white. For others, the pictures make good use of the space and geometry. His models look more like dolls than actual humans themselves.
"The work is about removing layers from the world around us, to find a common denominator among all of us. The remaining content is left bare to evoke feeling within, a sense of liberation and emptiness are my preferred palettes."
The idea behind his photos are about removing the differences in everyone and uniting us with our empty feelings.
